Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : Should be able to configure and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE and other CISCO Telephony solutionsGood knowledge of Cisco UCCE Architecture, deployment models and componentsCisco ICM Enterprise development and deployment experience including scripting configuration and call routingHands on experence on Cisco Email Interaction ManagerKnowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Border Element CUBE services and functionalityKnowledge in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting

  • Technical Experience : Should have good knowledge of NICE recording system Verint workforce managmentSIP Trunking knowledge and experience provider-based as well as internalGood to have basic knowledge of SQL database,Sonus SBC SBC1k/2kHands on experience on network,routing switching technologies

  • Professional Attributes : Cross skilled and ability to support multi vendor Vendor collaboration Open to work 24x7Excellent communication skill setAbility to handle P1/P2 bridge callOpen for weekend and on-call supportExcellent troubleshooting skill and able to handle major incident without or with minimum guidance

  • Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate/BTECH
