    • Technical Experience : a: Experienced on AWS services Dynamo DB, S3, Amazon connect, lambda, transcribe, comprehend, Lex b: Experience on Python, J Son, Xml, Golang c: Experience on contact center environment d: Expertise on ITIL process and project management

    • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills b: Technical Competency c: Ready to work in shifts

    • Educational Qualification : BE, B Tech, MTech

    • Additional Information : a: AWS Solution architect associate / practitioner certified
