Technical & Customer Support
Experience: Minimum 0 year to 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call / chat
- Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Under-graduation and Above
- Fresher's are eligible Experience - Minimum of 1Year experience in Customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Willing to work in 24*7 Shifts
- Willing to work from Office
