    • Key Responsibilities : a: Capability to handle and resolve any kind of issue in given application Maintaining TAT for Finacle L2-L3 level issues b: Applicant must have good Finacle and other banking product knowledge with hands-on experience in past c: 24-7 availability of person being core banking application support role c: Should be able to handle audit/compliance of core application and should be able to deal with external/internal auditors c: Should be able to do BAU support plus quick changes required for any product

    • Technical Experience : a: Should have good knowledge about EOD-BOD activity and able to guide team in resolving EOD related issues/performance b: Able to take up other digital/regulatory projects in parallel to BAU support c: Able to handle all channel integration design with Finacle

    • Professional Attributes : a: Resource should have good communication skills b: Resource should have good analytical skills
