Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling technical issues over call and providing proper feedback
• Coordinating between school and system engineers
• Ensure smooth implementation and maintenance
• Documenting each escalation
• Providing timely solutions
• Ensuring installation on given TAT
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate of any bachelors degree.
• Highly efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably with Edtech experience.
• Customer-centric attitude and good Retention Skills
• Problem-solving
• Adaptability
