Deputy Manager Financial Modelling & Feasibility

Explore possibilities of new Business, Land , JV, Collaboration, DM etc. Conduct due diligence and market analysis for proposed projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and/or industrial real estate.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for land deals, joint development agreements (JDA), redevelopment, and outright acquisitions.
• Conduct preliminary techno-commercial feasibility studies including FSI/ FAR potential, costing, phasing, and IRR/ROI analysis.
• Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to evaluate financial and risk outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, design, and commercial teams to ensure assumptions and inputs are aligned with market realities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree/ MBA in Finance with minimum 10 Years of experience.
• Good Understanding of Accounting, Due Diligence and Financial Modeling.
