Design Coordination Executive

Purpose:

The Design Coordination role at Adani in Mumbai within the Real Estate industry is a key position that requires a professional with 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all design aspects of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with Adani's values and industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts and plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and Adani's quality guidelines.
• Review and approve design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or changes promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect design implementation and quality control.
• Prepare and present design proposals, progress reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate design.
• Drive innovation and creativity in design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

Education Qualification:

• BE/Btech- Civil

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and engineering plans.
