Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner


Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Good To Have Skills : Infrastructure Service Management


Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for capturing/measuring and analyze Site Performance using tools Dynatrace, Fiddler, Google WebPage Sense b Provide solutions on performance issues and share reports with relevant stakeholders


Technical Experience :

1 Experience with Dynatrace Tool and admin capabilities

2 Clear understanding of architectural concerns of a modern containerized, micro-service environment


Professional Attributes :

1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 247 environment
