Roles and Responsibilities

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Configuration Database & CI Management,End User & Data center IT Asset Mgmt

  • Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : A-Liaising with the customer representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features B-Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool C-Provide training and mentor existing team and new hiresD-Client escalation management, stake holder management Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customerE-Troubleshoot issues with Backup Deployment
  • Technical Experience : A-Asset management, Change management, problem management and Major incident management B-Various Service delivery reportingC-Support billing activities CMDB to be updated accuratelyD-CI Relationship mapping to be updated application infrastructureE-Should have 6 years of experience in Service ManagementF-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
  • Professional Attributes : -Very good communication Skills -Verbal and Written-Customer handling Skill
  • Educational Qualification : BE/Btech or equivalent
  • Additional Information : -Willing to work in 247 Support Including Night Shifts-Functional Knowledge in IT Asset
