Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : -Hands on experience on router Switches, knowledge of Routing protocol like Static, EIGRP,BGP; Switching - VLAN, VTP, STP, inter VLAN routing, HSRP, ether channel, preferred to have understanding knowledge on VSS technology, stacking-To undertake investigations of data network failure in LAN and WAN surroundings through multiple sources-Provide Level-L2/L3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA-Strong verbal and written technical communications skills
  • Technical Experience : Should have experience of Data Centers SD-WAN technologies MPLS VPN etcShould have strong experience in Cisco Switches 2960/3560/3750/6500/9300, Cisco Routers 7200/2600/2800/3800/3900Experience in BGP/EIGRP/STP protocols along with administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environmentExperience working with monitoring tools like MicroFocus, ServiceNow etc
  • Professional Attributes : Must be able to handle day to day routing switching operations efficiently having good leadership skillsExcellent Communication SkillsGood Presentation skills and client handling skillsAbility to work under pressure
  • Educational Qualification : BE/Btech/Computer science or equivalent IT experience of 7 years
  • Additional Information : Certifications: CCNA /CCNP Routing Switching
