  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Enterprise Service Buses (ESB) Tools
  • Good To Have Skills :Apigee,Enterprise Application Integration (EAI),WSO2 API Management
  • Job Requirements :
  • Key Responsibilities : -Manage the entire API/policy lifecycle-analysis,design, implementation -Manage architecture/design of integrations using WSO2 -Integrate new policies and Creation of new contract exposition, consumption -Responsibilities include consulting on the product roadmap,certificate/ssl administration,providing support and resolution to project -Implementing service transformation, routing, enrichment and orchestration in WSO2 -Drive Automation initiatives
  • Technical Experience : -9 years and above IT experienceon Apigee API Management platform and various components such as Gateway Publishing Tools, API Store and Reporting -Experience on WSO2-ESB administration -Experience in securing APIs using OAuth,SAML,Open ID Connect -Experience on a cloud platform such as Amazon EC2/Google App Engine -Experience with API Proxy,CloudConnect Gateway, SOA Gateway - Familiarity with SOA archuitecture,SOAP/REST Web services along withXML,JSON
  • Professional Attributes : -Support Integration Architecture in vendor selection and product evaluation -Troubleshoot operational issues in both test and production environments -Adhere to client processes and artifacts -Should have good communication SkillsShould be good team player
  • Educational Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA or higher
