Job Description
Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Mumbai
Years of Experience: 6-10 Years of Experience
Qualifications and Experience: Post-graduate in business management with experience from construction industries. Preference to engineering graduates with post-graduate degree in management (finance/marketing/operations/construction management).
Purpose/Objective
Executive Assistant will be responsible to collaborate with business leaders on strategic aspects related to project management, project planning & execution, management information systems. This role is important to ensure implementation of strategic initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Project Coordination
1. Assist in project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
2. Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate concerns to the Chief Project Officer.
3. Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Communication and Collaboration
1. Facilitate communication between the Chief Project Officer, project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
2. Coordinate and prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
Data Management and Analysis
1. Maintain project-related data, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Provide data-driven insights to support project decision-making.
Special Projects and Initiatives
1. Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chief Project Officer.
2. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations on project-related topics.
3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Other Responsibilities
1. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and project management methodologies.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Project Officer
4. Manage the Chief Project Officer's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
5. Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
6. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chief Project Officer.

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
