Job Description
Role & responsibilities: :-
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of service policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Identify customer concerns and escalate complex cases to senior management for resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall customer service efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for C&I customers, handling service requests and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track customer interactions, monitor service levels, and generate reports for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and implementing feedback-driven improvements
