Good Communication Skill and customer handling capacity
Have knowledge of Telecom copper/fiber network
KPI adherence & meeting KRA Targets.
Customer visit as per appointment / complaint resolution within SLA

Adherence to latest SOP.
Completion of SCR (Service Completion Report)
