Financial Controller

As a Finance Controller at Adani in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of our operations in Mumbai. We are looking for a talented professional with 7 years of experience in finance management within the Real Estate sector. Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, specifically within the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Experience in leading and developing finance teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team in Mumbai, overseeing all financial operations and activities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the Real Estate industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes and optimize financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and financial controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews, addressing any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and financial best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Certification required:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is highly desirable.
