Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Chennai. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the team to resolve technical problems and ensure a smooth customer experience.




Qualifications:


Experience: 1-6 years ( From any technical support)

Should have excellent communication in english.

Excellent Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills

Customer Support and Customer Service

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Should have experience in the customer experience (CX) industry

Should be able to join immediately.

Should be flexible for rotational night shift and rotational week off ( No sat & sun fixed week off)

Location: Ramanujan IT city, Tharamani ,Chennai.

Shift timing- 5 P.M to 9 A.M ( In-between 9 hours )

Transport: Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km (Certain boundary limit)

Salary -5 Lakhs To 6.25 Lakhs PER Annum (Based on the experience) ( Fixed package- Not Negotiable)
