    Job Description

    Role & responsibilities


    • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
    • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
    • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
    • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
    • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as per security protocols.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
    • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
    • Monitor and replenish front office supplies as needed.
    • Communicate messages accurately to staff and departments.
    • Support HR/Administration with daily office coordination tasks.
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients, staff, and visitors.

    Preferred candidate profile


    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 13 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English).
    • Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guests and staff with courtesy and confidence.
    • Basic computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, and internet usage.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and phone systems.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
    • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
