  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
  • Key Responsibilities : a Work as an SME and help the team on technical issues b Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements c Ensure zero surprise escalations from client The Lead needs to ensure local management is aware of any potential escalations d Assist in Tier 2/3 support activities for production operations e Lead technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases f Ensure that any scheduled downtime on production server is logged prior to the downtime
  • Technical Experience : a Should have 6 to 8 years in managing large Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory environment b Must needed Tools: Exchange On-Premise 2010/2013/2016 and AAD Connect c Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary d Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards
  • Professional Attributes : a Should have experience in team management b Review and recommend improvements within existing technical environment c Strong ITIL Process knowledge d Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills e Work in shifts 24x7 and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent
