1. JOB PURPOSE
- Create the view on micro-markets & builders regularly and update the higher management.
- Collate & maintain the builder & micro-market data from various internal and external sources & provide information during credit appraisal & EWS.
- Co-ordinate with various departments (credit, risk & Business) for whitelisting of builders & micro-markets.
- Identify the products & structure opportunity for whitelisted/existing builders.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Regularly Collate data from the following internal & external stakeholders:
a.Local MIU: Builder & project information which local MIU resource has collated after the interviews/meetings with various parties such as brokers, liaison agents, customers etc.
b.CMOG: Status/data of covenants being tracked by CMOG.
c.Credit Monitoring Group: NOC & repayment velocity.
d.Research firms: Co-ordinate with research firms such as Knight Frank, JLL, Cushman wakefield for micro-market studies. Also, co-ordinate with them for specific builder & project data.
e.Legal & Technical teams: Co-ordinate with legal & technical teams for any regulatory changes & news on builders (e.g. new litigation).
2.Design and maintain the information database for builders and micro-markets
3.Create quarterly view on the micro-market with monthly bulletin on the updates on each micro-market.
4.Co-ordinate with Risk, Business & Credit for quarterly whitelisting process & annual review of the whitelisted builders.
5.Provide inputs on builder & micro-market during the credit appraisal process for a proposal.
6.Provide inputs for quarterly EWS tracking on following parameters:
a.Feedback of customers, vendors, other FIs & brokers for the builders
b.Performance of builders in other projects
c.Credit rating of the builders
d.Litigation against the builders
e.View on the micro-market
f.Any changes in government policy
g.Any news in print/social media for the builder
7.At the start of the quarter, for whitelisted builders give RMs & ZMs list of funding opportunities they can pursue.
8.Manage operations and maintenance of CRM and MIDAS by:-
a.Updating and Managing Business Intelligence database in CRM on a regular basis
b.Updating and Monitoring the Portfolio in MIDAS
