Head – Landscape Architect

The Head of Landscape Architecture at Adani, located in Mumbai, plays a crucial role in overseeing and leading the landscape architecture team within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, demonstrating expertise in Construction Documentation, Research and Innovation, Site Analysis and Planning, Design Development, and Project Management.

Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Drive Research and Innovation within landscape architecture practices to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
• Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that enhance the overall aesthetics of projects
• Conduct thorough Site Analysis and Planning to ensure projects are aligned with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality management and regulatory compliances.
• Lead the team in Construction Documentation including preparing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate landscape architecture during Design Development phase to create innovative and sustainable landscape solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with other aspects of project development
• Manage all Project Management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects

Work Experience and Qualification

• 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in the Real Estate industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
