Head – Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Landscape Architect with 15-20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead our landscape architecture projects, ensuring innovative designs that align with Adani's commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that enhance the overall aesthetics of projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate landscape architecture with other aspects of project development

Work Experience and Qualification

• 15-20 years of experience in landscape architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in the Real Estate industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
