Head – MEP Design

The Head of MEP Design will play a crucial role in overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design aspects of projects within the Real Estate industry in Mumbai. With 15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP design within the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing MEP design projects.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP design team in developing cost-effective, energy-efficient, and sustainable design solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP design plans, specifications, and drawings to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in MEP design.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the successful implementation of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards in all MEP design activities.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEP installations and address any design-related issues.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client discussions to communicate design strategies and project updates effectively.
