- Managing Sales Teams.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Tender Management: Identifying and participating in relevant government tenders, coordinating bid preparation, and ensuring timely and successful submissions.
- Market Understanding: market trends, competitor activities, and changes in government procurement policies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the South India region.
