??Responsible for clients Resource Management
??Owned full-cycle recruiting
??Functioning as a SPOC between client(s) and organization.
??Preparing various Reports related to day to day work
??Resource Management for both Contract Hiring and Lateral
??Experience in building client relationship, overseeing various client engagements, achieving top line as well as bottom line targets.
??Identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships and their database
??Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all the times.
??Interact with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled.
??Direct and manage internal team and clients
