Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled IT Recruiter to join our Sourcing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from identifying candidate requirements to delivering qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

• Leverage a variety of recruitment tools, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networks, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals for consulting roles.

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Review resumes, portfolios, and technical qualifications to identify top candidates for specific roles.
• Conduct phone screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience etc.

1. Candidate Engagement & On boarding:

• Maintain an excellent candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with the candidate till the date of Joining.

1. Employer Branding

• Promote the companys brand as a top employer and trusted recruitment partner in the IT consulting space.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 0- 5 Yrs in recruiting for IT NON IT positions, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
Skills:

• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
