What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. Manage employee leave of absence by calculating unpaid leave dates as per FMLA US federal act. Calculate leave approval, manage return to work from unpaid leave. (Include Oracle HCM Cloud tool update)What are we looking for?Problem-solving skills Detail orientation Process-orientation Proficiency in ServiceNow and SuccessFactors willing to work in night shifts Good communication (written & verbal) Strong understanding of LOA processes Functional knowledge of MS-Office applications.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal Process employee leave requests, which includes verifying eligibility, tracking leave status, and provide support services to employees on leave Obtain sufficient information to research and complete the service requests, Key manual entries or answer query from client employees Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary Provide information, advice and guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications used for Leave and Absence Administration. Understanding the end to end processes of Leave and Absence Administration including Client Policies, State or any governing body's regulation.
