HRIT Benefits Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a HRIT Benefits Analyst who will provide project management, design, build and support services in respect of the companys benefits programs globally. This role with overall responsibility for managing, optimizing and maintaining global OAB and OSB programs,

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Global Benefits Team and HR, duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Establishing and documenting new requirements
  • Build and deploy new requirements
  • Managing full test cycles on new developments or enhancements

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 8 or more years’ experience designing, building and maintaining benefits programs using both Oracle OAB, OSB and self-service functionality
  • Detailed understanding of US benefits and related legislation
  • Oracle Benefits Self Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate customer service ethics, leadership ability, and decision-making skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in lean virtual/remote teams and with varying degrees of direction and direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships across teams and various levels in the organization
  • Strong MS Office skills
