    • Key Responsibilities : The Business Analyst is a key person involved in the complete cycle of development of an application a project, as well as client implementations Since business users are not always available when needed, the business analyst is often the project team member that fills this void, providing the business perspective needed for project success The business analyst will meet with a broad range of internal users and will capture their application requirements

    • Technical Experience : -Should have experience on atleast one HR tech platform PS/SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle / Cornerstone-Good Analytical Skills-Good communication skills-Ability to play functional architect role across technology platforms-Ability to play CHRO office advisorAware of the latest technology trends in HR-Learning skills-Human Capital Management process understanding / experience mandatory-Excellent knowledge of Hire to Retire process including Recruitment, Performance Management,

    • Professional Attributes : -Excellent written verbal communication skill with expertise in facilitating team and client meetings-Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully-Good client handling experience at the client site-Experience working in large projects collaboratively with teams

    • Educational Qualification : -MBA Human Resource Management-Prior experience in this role mandatory

    • Additional Information : -Minimum 12 years of relevant experience mandatory
