    • Key Responsibilities : a: Managing patch calendar for Windows servers b: Pre and Post patching validation c: Bigfix Job deployment d: Creating Bigfix Fixlets e: Prepare documentations and specifications f: Handle common upgrade procedures, such as upgrade, deployment, service, migration, etcG: Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessaryH: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

    • Technical Experience : a: Should have 1 to 3 years experience in strong proficiency in Bigfix Tool and Bigfix server architecture b: Understanding Bigfix relay servers c: Understanding of Servers downtime, scheduled Jobs in Bigfix d: Experience with replication configuration with Active Directory and Bigfix e: Knowledge on global time zones and Jobs execution f: Creating Power shell based scripts and executing through actionable scripts in BigfixG: Fixlet creation in Bigfix, Multi package execution using Bigfix

    • Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
