  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration,Shell Scripting

  • Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : A: Experience in Installing Configuring IBM WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker B: Experience in Setting up High availability clusters and Security for WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker serversC: Expertise in troubleshooting the critical production issues and getting them resolved quicklyD: Expertise in Administering Performance Tuning in IBM WebSphere MQ and Broker E: Experienced in setting up SSL across the MQ and Broker environments and maintaining the certificates
  • Technical Experience : A: Excellent Understanding of technical conceptsB: Strong understanding of OS related dependenciesC: Strong exposure to the shell script D: Ability to analyze Performance and capacity reports and recommend tuning opportunities
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
  • Educational Qualification : A: Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable
  • Additional Information : A: Strong written oral communication skillsB: Should be open to work in shifts
