Job Description:

The Recruitment Manager is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions. The manager has ownership of the end to end recruiting process for a medium-to large sized recruiting demand plan or shares the ownership of a large recruiting demand plan. The recruitment manager is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of efficient and cost-effective sourcing initiatives to meet client and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with the cross- functional leadership team to align recruiting priorities with the business needs
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Costing and budgeting for sourcing initiatives. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Drive overall candidate experience, identify and attract top talent leveraging strategic sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diverse candidate pools
  • Analysis on market and hiring trends to meet the demands of the business
  • Competitive checks with different BPO companies
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Set social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in an organization
  • Conduct research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
  • Overseeing the performance of the team and share hiring reports on monthly basis and set the expectations based on the performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication, presentation skills

Any Graduate/ Post graduates are eligible to apply

Min 3 years of experience as an Associate Manager/Manager in ITES BPO hiring are eligible to apply

Creative, independent thinker who can drive programs end-to-end.
