Job Description

In NRM engagements, Accenture (and you) will work to help clients improve their Top and Bottom line.
You will work across the 6 levers of NRM : Portfolio and Brand Pricing, Pack Price architecture, Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, Mix Management and Marketing spend optimization.
Based on the strategic priority of the client, the work could involve evaluating spends and identifying non-accretive ones, to creating best in class deployment strategies to get the maximum return on investments.
You will also work with client to help design how the portfolio architecture should look and what should be the optimal price for the different brands and SKUs.
Beyond conventional business wisdom, you will also leverage data and analytics to help the client make intelligent decisions in as dynamic a manner as possible.

Knowledge and Skills
We are looking for candidates who bring with them a sound understanding of the Consumer Products industry.
The candidate should understand how portfolio constructs are designed and how pricing decisions are made
He / She should be well versed in the dynamics of Trade, with a sound understanding of how trade promotions are designed and deployed. The candidate should have worked on evaluating how effectiveness of trade spends are measured
The candidate should also understand consumer promotion design and effectiveness measurement.
An analytical mindset will be key to succeeding in this role. The candidate should be sounds at using excel with knowledge of R / Python as an added advantage.
For effective client engagement, good communication skills will be a must with the ability to influence key stakeholders
An exposure to Analytics in NRM / RGM will be an added advantage, strengthening the candidature.

Experience
We are looking for candidates with 6 - 10 year of industry or consulting experience.
Candidates having worked in the CPG industry across roles of Sales and Trade Category Marketing or Brand Management will form a suitable fit.
Candidates having worked in the NRM function will have an added advantage
Candidates having worked in Consulting with experience in CPG across RGM / NRM / Zero Based budgeting are also likely to be a good fit.
The candidate should have handled discussions with Senior Management / C-Suite executives.
