Job Overview:
Drive client value creation
Understand the client s business, priorities and leadership agenda Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client. Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
Grow the business/account
Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes (MMS/MMP, MME, MMB) for the account Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business Delivery ownership and excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Should have rich experience in Consulting industry. Working experience in developing the future digital strategy roadmap from Digital Supply Chain.
Responsible for Operations transformation & Revenue Enhancement for clients in LifeSciences & Consumer Goods Industries Familiarity with Kinaxis or Blue Yonder or SAP IBP Strong Supply Chain functional experience with TQ Predominantly Supply Chain planning & fulfilment expertise
Key attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Establish a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends. Requires ability to solve problems with cost-effective, efficient solutions. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment. Build an ROI-driven product roadmap that captures full lifecycle of the product - from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
Education
Master s degree in management or M. Tech from Premier Institutes preferred B. Tech from Tier 1 Engineering Institute
Years of experience
Minimum 10 years in a Top tier Consulting firm / Life Sciences or Consumer Goods Industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation and persuasion skills
