Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must Have Skills : Infrastructure Operations,Infrastructure Service Management

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : A-Proven experience in Change Management, Release and Environment Management Knowledge of Change and Release Management tools like MKS, ARCAD etc B-wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks C-Ability to priorities work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment D-Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams Excellent knowledge of project lifecycle

Technical Experience : A-Certifications: ITIL Intermediate Required B-CCNA and SDN knowledge will be advantage C-Ability to assign tickets to appropriate resolver team; coordinate to respond resolve incidents within agreed SLA D-Ability to manage complete life cycle of Priority 1 incidents till resolution E-Good experience in reporting to Management per defined timelines

Professional Attributes : -Strong customer focus Excellent communication and Collaboration skills -Previous experience working with cross geography teams -Ready to work in shift

Educational Qualification : BE or equivalent
