    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management2 Point of contact for the Clients, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams3 Perform an operational Service Management hands on role including: o Monitor, manage and prioritise all service aligned queues ensuring service levels are maintained and eliminating backlogso Ensure processes are followed as definedo Point Of Contact for driving Severity 1 incidents including internal and client communication

    • Technical Experience : MUST Have Skills: 1 ITIL V3 Foundation certification 2 Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains 3 Has and experience in handling incidents and change management processes E2E4 Proficient Knowledge in Excel 5 Data Analysis Logical Reasoning 6 Proficient in written and verbal communication 7 Proficient in MS Power Point Good to Have Skills: 1 Understanding of Cloud environment 2 Managed Client transitions 3 Hands on experience in working in a multi-client environment
