    • Key Responsibilities : a: Incident manager ensures that standardized methods and ITIL v3 procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all incidents in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality b: Consequently, identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations c: Handling of Major/critical incident, bridges, alert notifications d: Handle Incident distribution and handle escalations e: Managing resources to meet the goals and ensure no misses on SLA

    • Technical Experience : a: 3-5 year of experience b: Having experience to work in global environment and ability to manage client stakeholders

    • Professional Attributes : a: An ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast paced be team-oriented b: Having experience to work in global environment and ability to manage client stakeholders c: Good time management skills d: Ability to follow processes and have good communication skills e: Flexible and 247 support
