Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of NIIT's mission, directly engaging with
potential learners and driving enrolments into our career advancement programs.
- Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential learners via phone, email, chat, and social media to generate interest in NIIT's programs.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead nurturing, product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales follow-up.
- Consultative Selling: Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable NIIT programs that match their goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with learners throughout the sales journey.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure a seamless learner experience.

- Sales Acumen- Proven ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable
