Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate NIITs mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
2. Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:
1. Continuous Communication: Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
2. Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.
2. Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs.
