Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our HR team. The intern will assist with various tasks in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Role & responsibilities
Assist in Recruitment Process:
- Help post job openings on various platforms.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize social media and job boards to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in building a candidate pipeline.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details to candidates.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
Candidate Communication:
- Assist in communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Perks and benefits
Stipend of 10,000/month for 6-9 months.
Based on performance & successful graduate completion, intern will be converted to Employee.
