Inviting applications for Assistant Manager/Business Analyst - TTS reconciliation

This is a pivotal role within the Finance Organization. Supply Chain Cost is a key focus area of therefore, this role is encouraged to be the specialist in all costing matters who know all cost drivers at the lowest possible level, to be able to support management in key decision making. He will be the first point of contact for BU finance teams to investigate any cost variances vs the trends!

Process Skills

  • Understanding of costing Process in FMCG / Equipment
  • Plant Finance and Supply chain Finance understanding
  • Costing at SKU and its linkage to bill of material (BOM) level
  • Rolling forecast skills and complete Costing / Factory / Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  • Understanding of costing Process in FMCG / Equipment
  • Plant Finance and Supply chain Finance understanding
  • Costing at SKU and its linkage to bill of material (BOM) level

  • Provide key inputs for decision support, TTS reconciliation
  • Communicating to the internal partners
  • Timely & accurate Sales Accounting process perfection
  • Proficient in handling finance queries
  • Process improvement planning

Technical Skills

  • Hyperion Essbase Smart view & hierarchies
  • Advance excel / VBA, SAP & SAP BW
  • Power BI Visualization/ PPT Skills, Anaplan Planning Tool

Analytics Skills

  • End to End of Costing / Factory / Cost of Good Sold (COGS) & Bought in cost
  • Insight generation related to material mix and understanding Category viewpoint, P&L impact analysis
