Job Description
Position: Instructional Designer/Content Writer
Location: Worli/Lower Parel, Mumbai
No.of Experience: 5+ years
Key Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in eLearning content development
- Experience in creating classroom training PPTs and eLearning content creation, Storyboarding of scripts
- Knowledge of real-world application of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult learning concepts and principles
- Certification in Instructional Design preferred
Mandatory requirements:
- Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts.
- Experience in creating content using PPT and creating videos in Canva
- Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs/video storyboards.
- Experience in working on Articulate (Level 2)
