Ienergizer Noida Sector 60 is hiring for an L&D Trainer.


Profile: Learning & Development Trainer .


Eligibility Criteria:


Job Role:


To conduct training interventions for professional and personal development at all levels of the organization .


Develop content for training interventions


  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Soft Skills/Behavioral Trainer, Corporate Training
  • Good communication skills (written & oral)
  • Ability to effectively engage with audiences & display good facilitation skills
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Adept with MS Excel and MSWord
  • BPO background preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

To conduct training interventions for professional and personal development at various organizational levels. Develop content for training interventions

This is a full time work from Office. There would be 3 rounds of interview :-


1. Telephonic

2. Presentation round

3. F2F interview.
