Lead of corporate communication is responsible for the development and delivery of the overall Corporate Communications strategy to ensure alignment within the framework of the company's business strategy and oversee all directed corporate communications activities and media relations
Accountabilities and KPIs
No.Key AccountabilitiesKey Performance Indicators1.Advise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine communications requirements and provide subject matter expertise in support of developing communications plans and related activities. 2.Responsible for Building strategic, integrated communications programs related to company initiatives, corporate strategy and long-term vision that apply creative tactics across a variety of external and internal communication channels. 3.Demonstrate a solid understanding of social media trends and effective social engagement 4.Collaborate with internal departments - including Marketing/Commercial, Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, People (human resources), Strategy, and IT - to ensure integrated storytelling to get the most from communications efforts. 5.Oversee issues management and crisis communications situations, including after-hours media relations and other duties as determined by the Head Corporate Communications. 6.Responsible for managing the activities of the press office and for the oversight of all press releases, supported by a small team. 7.Work with the Head to manage communications agency/business partner relationships. 8.Responsible for Selecting, managing and monitoring performance of PR (public relations) agencies across the network. Liaising with PR agencies, local marketing and management team on local strategy, PR opportunities and media-related activities. 9.Leading the team in developing and managing an integrated corporate communication plan and calendar of activity to build the company brand and strengthen the market position. 10Critical lead on New Business proposals delivering multi-channel pitches to grow existing client list.

Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(degree, training, or certification required)
- A Masters Degree in Mass Communication along with MBA (preferable)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)Min 10 -15 years of relevant experience
