Job Description

About the role: To develop, manage and implement programs in Prepaid to enhance acquisition numbers & revenue through value for money products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
  • Monthly activities GAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
  • Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of Pre Paid products & distribution.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Analytical Aptitude keen analyst, uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.
  • People Management & Inter-personal Skills manages the backend & front end coordination with ease.


Skills Required

  • Well versed in Computer knowledge and operating Systems, Excel & Access.


Educational Qualification & Experience

  • PGDM/MBA in Marketing


Work Experience

  • Experience of 8+ years in telecom sales/marketing
