Lead PMO

Location: Gurugram

Purpose:

A challenging opportunity for a Lead Project Planning professional with 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the project management department, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing various project planning activities to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Experience:

• Minimum of 25 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance to identify and address potential risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Adani company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project closure activities, including documentation, evaluation, and knowledge transfer.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred.

Certification Required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• LEED accreditation or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.

• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate project management processes.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
