Lead Urban Planning

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and master planning projects.
• Develop comprehensive urban plans that integrate land use, transportation, utilities, and environmental considerations.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform planning decisions.
• Collaborate with government agencies, stakeholders, and the public to gather input and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and planning documents.
• Oversee the implementation of urban plans and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize GIS and other planning software to analyze data and create visual representations of plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban planning and infrastructure development.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on infrastructure and master planning projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant planning software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• International experience is an advantage.
