You will be aligned with our Learning and Collaboration vertical and help us in dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities.
You will be working as a part of Learning Content Design & Development team which is responsible for the creation, curation and deployment of various training modules across Accenture.
You will be responsible for Instructional Designing where in you will be accountable to develop training solutions using prescribed tools according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. You will have the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, web based training, application simulations, and performance simulation) based on high-level design specifications. You will participate in course test activities such as cycle testing, user acceptance, editorial and instructional design checks to properly document problems for issue resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management. Moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments would be provided. Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others . Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
