Job Description

Credgenics is looking to hire full-time legal consultants for its Okhla office (New Delhi).

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Drafting and reviewing legal notices, Statement of Claims and various other legal documents.

2. Handling Sec 138/25 (NIA/PASSA) matter, maintaining proper documentation of the same and coordinating with the external counsels and clients on the cases assigned.

3. Assisting in Mediation/Conciliation/Arbitration matters.

4. Research on banking laws and policy/guidelines.

Eligibility:

1. At least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

2. The consultant shall not work for other organizations or take up private assignments separately during his engagement with the company.

3. The candidate should preferably be based out of Delhi NCR and available to join immediately.
