Manager – Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead our Civil and MEP services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of architectural projects for commercial buildings and hotels, ensuring the highest quality of work, innovation, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present initial project design concepts to clients.
• Prepare and adjust architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
• Apply for planning permissions and advise clients on statutory approvals required for projects.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to architectural plans.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Modify designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.
• Input preparation in form of design brief, review of design concept, review of schematics, review of material specifications, review of material specifications, review of space & functional planning with respect to design brief by local-by-laws, optimization of specs, review of caf drawings.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• A professional degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters degree).
• Licensure to practice architecture, typically involving passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
