Manager -Design & Detailing

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and detailing process for precast structures, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional (internal and external) teams including architects, engineers, Precast Consultants and contractors to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions
• Review and approve precast designs, shop drawings, and construction documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Implement best practices for precast design and detailing to optimize efficiency and minimize waste during the construction process
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior design and detailing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Conduct regular site visits to assess precast installation and address any design or detailing issues that may arise during the construction phase
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate innovative design elements into precast structures
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the design and detailing process
• Communicate with project stakeholders to present design proposals, address feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet client requirements
