Manager – QS & Billing

As the Manager - Billing, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing billing issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project budget preparation, and managing accounts effectively. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage billing processes and systems
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of project budgets
• Manage and maintain billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and variances
• Develop and implement billing policies and procedures
• Provide regular reports on billing activities and financial status
• Supervise and lead a team of billing professionals
• Coordinate with project managers and accountants to ensure seamless billing processes
• Oversee and manage accounts receivable and payable
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

*Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
